How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking your cleaning service at least 5 business days in advance to help secure your preferred date and time. During busy periods, including weekends, school holidays and the end of the month, booking even earlier is recommended.

Yes. Cleaning equipment and standard cleaning products are supplied unless otherwise discussed.

Do I need to organise carpet cleaning separately?

Yes — at this stage, carpet cleaning is not part of our service. We specialise in full bond cleans to prepare your home for inspection, and carpet cleaning can be arranged separately if required. We may offer it in the future as we expand.

Do you clean walls?

Accepted Answer

We include light spot cleaning of visible marks and scuffs on walls where needed as part of our bond clean. Full wall washing is not included, as it can affect paint depending on the surface condition. This ensures we can clean safely while still meeting inspection standards.

When is payment required?

Full payment is required 48 hours before your scheduled cleaning date. An invoice will be sent 3 business days prior to your booking to allow ample time for payment. Please note that cleaning will only commence once payment has been received. This ensures we can confirm your appointment and allocate our team to your property without disruption.

What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made more than 48 hours before your appointment are accepted with no penalty. Changes requested within 48 hours of the booking may incur a fee, as our team and time slot have already been reserved for you. If you need to make any changes, please contact us as soon as possible so we can do our best to accommodate you.

Can you guarantee that my bond will be returned?

While we deliver a thorough bond clean to the highest standard, we cannot guarantee the return of your bond. The final decision rests with your property manager or landlord and may depend on factors outside our scope, such as property damage or unrelated charges. We provide the cleaning services outlined in your accepted quote and work hard to give your property the best chance of passing inspection.
